Because of the nature of our work and the time necessary for the proper implementation of each procedure, each hour of the workday is precious. The number of patients we see is limited. An appoinment not kept by a patient is a lost opportunity to help another in need of care. Therefore, we require prior notification of at least two working days in order to cancel an appointment without charge.
